CELEBRATE Evaluation Report now available…
This report provides an evaluation of the extent to which new, more flexible forms of content development and distribution (based on reusable LOs) had an impact upon the learning process and supported new pedagogy for eLearning in schools. While CELEBRATE provides an analysis of how a large number of schools in six countries exploited new forms of content, the report does not attempt to outline how specific national content strategies can facilitate the widespread use of LOs. However, it is hoped that the recommendations made in chapter 8 of the report will help policy makers to decide how to best support Learning Object use by a much larger number of schools.
